shipping deadlines

When we receive your order, we will normally ship it within 24 hours or we will ship it to arrive as close as possible to the date you request. If there is a delay, you will be notified.
When you are ordering from us please keep in mind that we make everything to order. We don't have any pre-made apples sitting on a shelf that we can take and ship immediately. Every apple has to be made and packaged when we receive an order - we do this to ensure the freshest product possible. Because of this, we can't turn out an order in an hour.
We do not ship on weekends.
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.

how we ship

Because we need to keep our apples fresh, we ship only by 2nd day air (arrives in two business days) or next day air (arrives the next business day).
We do not ship over the weekend. All of our apples are made and shipped Monday through Friday to arrive Tuesday thru Saturday of the same week.
We ship Monday through Friday with the following limitations:
- 2nd day air
  ship Monday thru Wednesday for delivery Wednesday thru Friday
- Next day air
  ship Monday thru Thursday for delivery Tuesday thru Friday
- Next day air with Saturday delivery
  only available on Fridays for Saturday delivery
- Ground delivery
  if requested, we will ship to you UPS ground, however, we can not guarantee the quality or freshness of your order
- Locals only
  this service is reserved for those ordering from our website and then coming to pick up their order at the store. There is no shipping charge associated with this order, however you are responsible to pick up your order within reasonable time to ensure freshness.
- Some addresses do not qualify for next day air delivery because they are so remote.
  In those infrequent occurrences, you will be notified with the appropriate options.
